Ko wai mātou?
At Te Kōhanga Reo o Raumanga Kōhungahunga, we are passionate about providing an excellent early childhood education experience for our tamariki. Our curriculum is based on Te Whariki, the New Zealand early childhood curriculum which is delivered in a full immersion Te Reo Māori environment.
Our Kohanga caters for up to 52 tamariki and consists of two buildings, our Teina building and Tuakana building. We cater for tamariki from the ages of 6 months to school age.
Our Kohanga is Whanau driven meaning Whanau who enrol their tamariki are responsible for the operation and decision making of our Kohanga under the guidlines of Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust.
